He grabs her in the hallway and immediately smells her fear.

"School's out, little one," he hisses in her ear. "Shame you won't be around to keep making all those A's."

This isn't Angel, she knows it instinctively, but she doesn't know how or why he got to be this way. Angel, being a vampire, had always been a little scary but this man - vampire - is terrifying. She wants to do something - run and hide sounds good - but his grip is too tight, his body too strong to overpower. Angel would never treat her this way. This must be Angelus.
