This was just like before - only not.

It was just a fluke, really. She'd never intended to kiss Xander that time and she hadn't intended to end up in Spike's bed when she came out here to deliver a message. But his words were so persuasive that she forgot the questions and now, here she was, naked and mewling on Spike's bed, forgetting the world that lay just outside the crypt door.

The one that would tell her it was wrong to want to be here, wrong to love what he was doing to her, wrong to want to make him moan and growl and sigh just as much as he was making her.

But his hands and lips and tongue on her skin made her do just that, all of it, and made her beg for more.

That had been a fluke, that time with Xander. Never to be repeated. But this, this was something she would make sure happened again and again; it could be the start of something beautiful.
